Delegation of Other Functions to Third Parties. Other than to an Affiliate in accordance with Section 7.7A above and except to the extent set forth in Section 7.7B above, Vistana may not delegate any other functions of the Licensed Business, including without limitation, Owner services, or sales or marketing activities, without the prior written consent of Starwood.
