Common use of Delegation of Power Clause in Contracts

Delegation of Power. (a) Any Regular Trustee may, by power of attorney consistent with applicable law, delegate to any other natural person over the age of 21, his or her power for the purpose of executing any documents contemplated in Section 3.06 hereof including any registration statement or amendment thereto filed with the Commission or making any other government filing; and (b) The Regular Trustees shall have power to delegate from time to time to such of their number or to officers of the Trust the doing of such things and the execution of such instruments either in the name of the Trust or the names of the Regular Trustees or otherwise as the Regular Trustees may deem expedient, to the extent such delegation is not prohibited by applicable law or contrary to the provisions of the Trust, as set forth herein.

(a) Any Regular Administrative Trustee may, by power of attorney consistent with applicable law, delegate to any other natural person over the age of 21, 21 his or her power for the purpose of executing any documents contemplated in Section 3.06 hereof 3.6, including any registration statement or amendment thereto filed with the Commission Commission, or making any other government governmental filing; and (b) The Regular the Administrative Trustees shall have power to delegate from time to time to such of their number or to officers of the Trust the doing of such things and the execution of such instruments either in the name of the Trust or the names of the Regular Administrative Trustees or otherwise as the Regular Administrative Trustees may deem expedient, to the extent such delegation is not prohibited by applicable law or contrary to the provisions of the Trust, as set forth herein.

(a) Any Regular Administrative Trustee may, by power of attorney consistent with applicable law, delegate to any other natural person over the age of 21, 21 his or her power for the purpose of executing any documents contemplated in Section 3.06 hereof 2.7(a), including any registration statement or amendment thereto filed with the Commission Commission, or making any other government governmental filing; and (b) The Regular Administrative Trustees shall have power to delegate from time to time to such of their number or to officers of the Trust Depositor the doing of such things and the execution of such instruments either in the name of the Trust or the names of the Regular Administrative Trustees or otherwise as the Regular Administrative Trustees may deem expedient, to the extent such delegation is not prohibited by applicable law or contrary to the provisions of the Trust, as set forth hereinthis Trust Agreement.

(b) The Regular Trustees shall have power to delegate from time to time to such of their number or to officers of the Trust the doing of such things and the execution of such instruments either in the name of the Trust or the names of the Regular Trustees or otherwise as the Regular Trustees may deem expedient, to the extent such delegation is not prohibited by applicable law or contrary to the provisions of the Trust, as set forth herein.

(b) The Regular Trustees shall have power to delegate from time to time to such of their number number, if there is more than one Regular Trustee, or to officers of the Trust Depositor the doing of such things and the execution of such instruments either in the name of the Trust or the names of the Regular Trustees or otherwise as the Regular Trustees may deem expedient, to the extent such delegation is not prohibited by applicable law or contrary to the provisions of the Trust, as set forth herein.

(b) The Regular Trustees shall have power to delegate from time to time to such of their number number, if there is more than one Regular Trustee, or to officers of the Trust Sponsor the doing of such things and the execution of such instruments either in the name of the Trust or the names of the Regular Trustees or otherwise as the Regular Trustees may deem expedient, to the extent such delegation is not prohibited by applicable law or contrary to the provisions of the Trust, as set forth herein.
