Delegation of Powers. Each General Partner, while there are more than one, may act on behalf of the Partnership in connection with any particular matter affecting the Partnership, including the authority to execute notes, deeds, mortgages and other instruments. Except as otherwise provided under this Agreement or by law, the General Partners may delegate all or any of their duties under this Agreement to any of their own respective partners, officers or employees, and in furtherance of such delegation may elect, employ, contract or deal with any Person (including any General Partner or any Affiliate of a General Partner).
