Common use of Delegation of Powers Clause in Contracts

Delegation of Powers. Subject to any limitation set forth in the Delaware Act, the Board of Managers may delegate any of its powers to committees or to officers consisting of persons who may or may not be Managers. Every officer or committee shall, in the exercise of the power so delegated, comply with any restrictions that may be imposed on them by the Board of Managers.
