Delegation of Powers. The Trustee may delegate to its agents, including National Bank Financial Inc. (the “Agent”), any of its administrative duties or of its powers to do specific things, and the delegate may receive all or part of the fees to which the Trustee is entitled hereunder, it being understood, however, that ultimate responsibility for administering the Plan shall remain vested in the Trustee.
