Common use of Delegation of Powers Clause in Contracts

Delegation of Powers. The Trustee may delegate to its agents any of its administrative duties or its powers to do specific things, and the delegate may receive all or part of the fees to which the Trustee is entitled hereunder, it being understood, however, that ultimate responsibility for administering the Account shall remain vested in the Trustee.

The A Trustee may delegate to its agents any part or all of its administrative duties or its the Trustee's powers to do specific things, another Trustee to the extent specified in an instrument signed by the delegating Trustee and delivered to the delegate may receive all or part of the fees to which the Trustee is entitled hereunder, it being understood, however, that ultimate responsibility for administering the Account shall remain vested in the other Trustee.
