Delegation of Powers. You will be entitled to delegate all or any of your duties, functions or powers under this Agreement to another person or persons as sub-agent or sub-agents subject to the approval of the Fund. You will be solely responsible, however, for the acts and omissions of any such sub-agent as if such acts or omissions were your own and for the payment of any remuneration to such sub-agent.
