Delegation to Agents and Plan Administrator. The Named Fiduciary acting by and through the Committee may employ agents and delegate to them ministerial duties. The Named Fiduciary may also designate persons, including a Plan Administrator and the Committee, to carry out both ministerial and fiduciary responsibilities; provided, however, that the Trustees’ responsibility to manage or control the assets of the Plan may not be so delegated except to an investment manager or managers pursuant to subsection (c) of this Section.
