Delegation to Subagents. Wherever a power of attorney is conferred upon Mortgagee hereunder or under the Related Agreements, it is understood and agreed that such power is conferred with full power of substitution, and Mortgagee may elect in its sole discretion to exercise such power itself or to delegate such power, or any part thereof, to one or more subagents and such power shall be deemed to be coupled with an interest and irrevocable so long as this Mortgage has not been cancelled.
