Delegation to Third Party Service Providers. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Servicing Agreement, the Service Provide may delegate its duties under this Servicing Agreement, including its duty to provide the Servicing Activities, to a Third Party Service Provider, provided that the Service Provider shall (i) remain fully responsible for the performance of all duties under this Servicing Agreement and (ii) supervise the activities of each Third Party Service Provider.
