Common use of Delegation Clause in Contracts

Delegation. The Trustees shall have full power and authority to delegate from time to time to such of their number or to officers, employees or agents of the Trust or to other Persons the doing of such things and execution of such agreements or other instruments either in the name of the Trust or any Class or Series of the Trust or the names of the Trustees or otherwise as the Trustees may deem desirable or expedient.

Delegation. The Trustees shall have full power and authority to delegate from time to time to such of their number or to officers, employees employees, any investment adviser, distributor, custodian, agent or agents independent contractor of the Trust or to other Persons the doing of such things and the execution of such agreements or other instruments either in the name of the Trust or any Class or Series of the Trust or the names of the Trustees or otherwise as the Trustees may deem desirable appropriate or expedient.

Delegation. The Trustees shall have full power and authority to delegate from time to time to such of their number or to officers, employees employees, any Investment Adviser, Distributor, custodian, agent or agents independent contractor of the Trust or to other Persons the doing of such things and the execution of such agreements or other instruments either in the name of the Trust or any Class or Series of the Trust or the names of the Trustees or otherwise as the Trustees may deem desirable appropriate or expedient.

Delegation. The Trustees shall have full power power, consistent with their continuing exclusive authority over the management of the Fund, the conduct of its affairs and authority the management and disposition of the Fund Property, to delegate from time to time to such one or more of their number or to Committees, to officers, employees or and agents of the Trust Fund or to other Persons the Advisor the doing of any such things and the execution of such agreements deeds or other instruments instruments, either in the name of the Trust or any Class or Series of the Trust Fund or the names of the Trustees or otherwise as their attorney or attorneys or otherwise, as the Trustees may from time to time deem desirable or expedient.

Delegation.
