Deletion of Confidential Information. Upon termination of the Agreement, the Recipient will delete Discloser’s Confidential Information, but may retain such information pursuant to its policies for: (a) accounting, tax, billing, audit, and compliance purposes; (b) investigating fraud or unlawful use of the Services; or (c) as required by applicable law, provided such retention, use, and disclosure for the foregoing purposes is subject to the confidentiality obligations under this Section 3 (Confidentiality).
