Deletion of Customer Information. WOW! and its suppliers reserve the right both during the term of this Agreement and upon its termination to delete Customer’s voicemail, call detail, data, email, files, or other information that is stored on WOW!’s or its suppliers’ servers or systems. Customer understands and acknowledges that WOW! shall have no liability whatsoever as a result of the loss or removal of any such voicemail, call detail, data, email, files, or other information.
