Deletion of Definition. The definition of Gross Profit is hereby deleted from Section 1 of the Original Agreement in its entirely.

Deletion of Definition. Section 1.1 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the definition of "Applicable Margin" therefrom.

All references in the Agreement to "Stadium Improvement Fund" shall hereafter mean the "Stadium Operations Fund" as defined in Section 8(b)(vii) hereof.
