Improvement Fund definition

Improvement Fund means the Improvement Fund for General Obligation Temporary Notes, Series 2017-1 created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.
Improvement Fund means the Improvement Fund for General Obligation Bonds, Series 826 created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.
Improvement Fund means the account (regardless of its name) identified in the Indenture to hold funds that are available for expenditure to acquire or construct Authorized Facilities or to pay eligible impact fees.

More Definitions of Improvement Fund

Improvement Fund means the applicable fund created for the payment of costs of capital facilities under section 154.20, 154.21, 154.22, or 3383.09 of the Revised Code, including all moneys and investments, and earnings from investments, credited and to be credited thereto.
