Deletion of Exhibits. Upon the date of execution of the Agreement, the parties hereto agree to delete the current Exhibit A, in its entirety, and replace it with a new Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference herein.
Deletion of Exhibits. Exhibits B and C are hereby deleted from the Agreement.
Deletion of Exhibits. Exhibits B through E to the Air Rights Lease are hereby deleted.
Deletion of Exhibits. Exhibit F and Exhibit G to the Credit Agreement, and all references to such Exhibits contained in the Credit Agreement, are hereby deleted in their entirety.
