Deletion of Expansion Termination Right. Effective as of the date of this Fourth Amendment, Section 7 of the Third Amendment is hereby deleted in its entirety and of no further force or effect, and Tenant shall lease the Expansion Premises from Landlord pursuant to the terms set forth in the Third Amendment.
