Deletion of Section 2. 7. Section 2.7 of the Existing Warrant Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with “[Reserved]”. All references in the Existing Warrant Agreement to “Working Capital Warrants” are hereby deleted.
Deletion of Section 2. 11. Section 2.11 of the Original Agreement is deleted in its entirety.
Deletion of Section 2. 2. Section 2.2 of the Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced in its entirety with “[Intentionally Removed]”.
Deletion of Section 2. 15 of the Credit Agreement. Effective as of the date hereof, Section 2.15 of the Credit Agreement shall be deleted in its entirety.
Deletion of Section 2. 2. The text of Sections 2.2(a), (b) and (c) of the License Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and the words “Intentionally Omitted” are inserted in lieu thereof.
Deletion of Section 2. 2(d). Section 2.2(d) of the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted therefrom in its entirety and shall be of no further force or effect.
Deletion of Section 2. 10(d). Section 2.10(d) is hereby deleted.
Deletion of Section 2. 6. Section 2.6 is deleted.
Deletion of Section 2. 1(f). Section 2.1(f) of the Governance Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety.
Deletion of Section 2. 1.3. Section 2.1.3 is deleted in its entirety.
