The District shall take whatever action required or refrain from such action in order to 1 assure employees that no interference, restraint, coercion, or discrimination is allowed within the 2 District to encourage or discourage membership in any employee organization.

Employees shall comply with all District policies and procedures adopted by the Board 39 of Directors. Employees having contact with students shall maintain reasonable standards of behavior, 40 personal cleanliness and dress. 41
