Common use of Deletion or return of Company Personal Data Clause in Contracts

Deletion or return of Company Personal Data. 9.1 Subject to this section 9 Processor shall promptly and in any event within 10 business days of the date of cessation of any Services involving the Processing of Company Personal Data (the “Cessation Date”), delete and procure the deletion of all copies of those Company Personal Data.

Deletion or return of Company Personal Data. 9.1 Subject to this section 9 Processor shall promptly and in any event within 10 3 business days of the date of cessation of any Services involving the Processing of Company Personal Data (the “"Cessation Date”"), delete and procure the deletion of all copies of those Company Personal Data. 9.2 Processor shall provide written confirmation to Company that it has fully complied with this section 9 within 10 business days of the Cessation Date.

Deletion or return of Company Personal Data. 9.1 Subject to this section 9 Processor shall promptly and in any event within 10 business Business days of the date of cessation of any Services involving the Processing of Company collecting NHS trust Personal Data (the “Cessation Date”), delete and procure the deletion of all copies of those Company collecting NHS trust Personal Data. 9.2 Processor shall provide written certification to Company that it has fully complied with this section 9 within 10 business days of the Cessation Date.

Deletion or return of Company Personal Data. 9.1 Subject to this section 9 Processor shall promptly and in any event within 10 business days of the date of cessation of any Services involving the Processing of Company Personal Data (the “"Cessation Date”"), delete and procure the deletion of all copies of those Company Personal Data. This is an irreversible step and will occur automatically when Controller terminates the account. 9.2 Processor shall provide on request written certification to Controller that it has fully complied with this section 9 within 10 business days of the Cessation Date.

Deletion or return of Company Personal Data. 9.1 Subject to this section 9 Processor shall promptly and in any event within 10 business days of the date of cessation of any Services involving the Processing of Company Personal Data (the “"Cessation Date”"), delete delete/irreversible anonymize and procure the deletion deletion/irreversible anonymization of all copies of those Company Personal Data, unless the Data Processor is required under Applicable Laws to continue to store the Personal Data. 9.2 Processor shall provide written certification to Controller that it has fully complied with this section 9 within 10 business days of the Cessation Date.

Deletion or return of Company Personal Data. 9.1 Subject to this section 9 9, the Data Processor shall promptly and in any event within 10 business days of the date of cessation of any Services the Principal Agreement or provision of the Platform involving the Processing of Company Personal Data (the “"Cessation Date”"), delete and procure the deletion of all copies of those Company Personal Data. 9.2 The Data Processor shall provide written certification to Company that it has fully complied with this section 9 within 10 business days of the Cessation Date.

Deletion or return of Company Personal Data. 9.1 Subject to this section 9 (a) The Processor shall promptly and in any event shall, within 10 business days of a request from the date Controller after termination of cessation of any Services involving the Processing of Company Personal Data this Agreement (the “Cessation "Request Deadline Date”"), delete and procure the deletion of all copies of those Company Personal Data. (b) Processor shall provide written certification to Controller that it has fully complied with this section within 10 business days of the Request Deadline Date.

Deletion or return of Company Personal Data. 9.1 Subject to this section 9 Processor shall promptly and in any event within 10 business days of the date of cessation of any Services involving the Processing of Company Personal Data (the “Cessation Date”)Data, delete and procure the deletion of all copies of those Company Personal Data. 9.2 Processor may continue to store Company Personal Data to the extent required to comply with its legal obligations, including as required by Data Protection Laws or to the extent an exemption applies under Data Protection Laws.

Data Processor shall promptly and in any event within 10 business days of the date of cessation of any Services involving the Processing of Company Organisation Personal Data (the “Cessation Date”), delete and procure the deletion of all copies of those Company the Organisation Personal Data.

Following a request from the Company, Processor shall promptly and in any event within 10 business days of the date of cessation of any Services involving the Processing of Company Personal Data (the “Cessation Date”), return or delete and procure the deletion of all copies of those the Company Personal Data unless applicable laws require storage of such Customer Personal Data.
