Deliberate, ConScious and Intentional Acts. This insurance does not apply to any liability arising from/out of or based upon or in consequence of any deliberately fraudulent act or omission or any willful violation or breach of any statute or regulation by such Insured Person, if a judgment or other final adjudication adverse to the Insured Person establishes such a deliberately fraudulent act or omission or wilful violation.
