Delineation of Clearing Limits. Follow the BMP guidelines in the City of Madras Stormwater Master Plan, ODOT Hydraulics Manual, and Central Oregon Stormwater Manual. Show clearing limits on construction plans and mark them in the field prior to the initiation of clearing and grading. Show phasing in construction schedule (e.g. “Install sediment fence below area A” then “Clear and rough grade area A” followed by “Seed, mulch, and install erosion control matting on slopes of area A,” etc.)
