Common use of Delinquency Charges Clause in Contracts

Delinquency Charges. If Textron has not received the full amount of any Monthly Fees, or other charges due and payable to Textron under this Agreement, by the end of 25 calendar days after the date it first became due, Licensee shall pay interest equal to one (1%) percent per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less, with respect to such unpaid amounts.
