Delinquency Charges. Xxxxx agrees to pay a delinquency charge on any installment in default, in whole or in part, for a period of not less than 10 days in an amount of 5% of the full installment or $10, whichever is more. In addition, Xxxxx agrees to pay court costs, reasonable attorneys’ fees, and if permitted by law, reasonable collection agency fees incurred by Xxxxxx in the collection of the indebtedness payable under this contract and the enforcement of the terms and provisions of this contract.
