Delinquency Report. The Delinquency Report attached hereto as Exhibit 7.2(h) is the one used by Seller in the ordinary course of business. Except as otherwise set forth on the Delinquency Report, there are no outstanding tenant rent obligations, including all delinquencies and tenant arrears, under the Leases.

Delinquency Report. Within forty-five (45) days after the end of each of the Borrower’s Fiscal Quarters, a delinquency report with respect to the Borrower’s Mortgage Loan receivables.

Delinquency Report. The report providing information with respect to any delinquent Qualified Loan included in the Portfolio, as provided monthly to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac by the Seller pursuant to Section 4.04. The Delinquency Report shall be provided in a Microsoft Excel (XLS) format in accordance with the file specifications reasonably required by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac and shall include a description of proposed remedial actions to be taken by the Seller. The current required file specifications for the Delinquency Report are set forth in Exhibit G to this Commitment.

Delinquency Report. Seller shall provide Purchaser with a delinquency report on a monthly basis until Closing, listing all delinquent tenants by amount and time delinquent.

Delinquency Report. A report attached hereto as Schedule 4(a) setting forth the name of each Tenant as to which a delinquency exists as to the payment of Rent, and specifying the amount of each such delinquency, the period of time during which each such delinquency has been outstanding, and whether collection of such delinquency has been referred to legal counsel.

Delinquency Report. With the exception of delinquencies in the payment of rents which are set forth on the Rent Roll, Seller has not delivered written notice to any Tenant of any default in the payment of rent under its Lease that has not been cured. Exhibit C contains a true and correct report (the “Delinquency Report”) showing the name of each Tenant as to which a delinquency currently exists as to the payment of Rents and specifying the amount of each such delinquency, and the period of time during which each such delinquency has been outstanding. Seller shall deliver an updated Delinquency Report to Buyer two (2) business days prior to the expiration of the Due Diligence Period, which shall be accurate as of the date set forth on the updated Delinquency Report (which date shall not be more than three (3) business days prior to the date the updated Delinquency Report is delivered to Buyer). Seller shall deliver a further updated Delinquency Report to Buyer two (2) business days prior to the Closing Date, which shall be accurate as of the date set forth on the updated Delinquency Report (which date shall not be more than three (3) business days prior to the Closing Date).

Delinquency Report. By the first Business Day of each month (or, if the Master Servicer shall so request, by the first Business Day of any week), the Subservicer shall deliver to SPV and TFC a report detailing the Receivables included in the Collateral as to which (as of the last day of the preceding month or, if applicable, week) more than the Specified Amount of any payment then due and payable but remained unpaid for more than sixty days from the due date for such payment;
