Monthly Progress Reports. During the Construction Period, the Concessionaire shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Independent Engineer a monthly report on progress of the Construction Works and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Independent Engineer.

Monthly Progress Reports. During the Construction Period, the Contractor shall, no later than 10 (ten) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Authority’s Engineer a monthly report on progress of the Works and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Authority’s Engineer. The Contractor agrees that reporting under this Clause 11.7 shall continue until the date of the completion of the Works. Each report shall include: (a) an executive summary; (b) charts showing the status of Contractor's documents, construction and manufacturing and environmental works; (c) details of work subcontracted and the performance of Sub-contractors; (d) for the construction of each main part of the Works, the extent of progress (both quantity and percentage of the whole), the actual or expected dates of commencement, anticipated completion date of the activity, Contractor's inspections and tests; (e) records of manpower and Contractor's equipment on the Site; (f) copies for that month of quality assurance documents, test results and certificates; (g) safety statistics, accident data collection including details of any hazardous incidents and activities relating to environmental aspects and public relations; (h) comparisons of actual and planned progress, with details of any aspects which may jeopardise the completion in accordance with the Agreement, and the measures being (or to be) adopted to overcome such aspects; (i) details of any unresolved disputes or claims, in relation to the Project; (j) details of any revision to the cash flow estimate, together with a copy of the revised cash flow estimate; (k) status of various Applicable Permits and compliance of conditions therein; (l) details of various royalty payment and insurances required to be taken by the Contractor; and (m) such other reports as may be required by the Authority for enabling the Authority to comply with its obligations under the other Project contracts. (n) details of defects by the Authority; (o) change in emission of any sewage or effluent of any nature whatsoever, whether qualitatively or quantitatively; (p) any Material Adverse Effect; (q) declaration towards compliance with Applicable Laws including but not limited to environmental and labour legislations; (r) declaration specifying compliance with all Manuals provided to the Contractor; and (s) any change in the flow of traffic in the existing Project Highway.
Monthly Progress Reports. The goal of this task is to periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the objectives of this Agreement on time and within budget. The objectives of this task are to summarize activities performed during the reporting period, to identify activities planned for the next reporting period, to identify issues that may affect performance and expenditures, and to form the basis for determining whether invoices are consistent with work performed. • Prepare a Monthly Progress Report which summarizes all Agreement activities conducted by the Recipient for the reporting period, including an assessment of the ability to complete the Agreement within the current budget and any anticipated cost overruns. Each progress report is due to the CAM within 10 days of the end of the reporting period. The recommended specifications for each progress report are contained in Section 6 of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. • In the first Monthly Progress Report and first invoice, document and verify match expenditures and provide a synopsis of project progress, if match funds have been expended or if work funded with match share has occurred after the notice of proposed award but before execution of the grant agreement. If no match funds have been expended or if no work funded with match share has occurred before execution, then state this in the report. The monthly progress reports shall include safety statistics, including details of any hazardous incidents and activities relating to environmental, resettlement and other obligations under Clauses 3.10 to 3.14.
Monthly Progress Reports. Commencing upon the Execution Date of this Agreement, Seller shall submit to Company, on the tenth (10th) Business Day of each calendar month until the Commercial Operations Date is achieved, a progress report for the prior month in a form set forth on Attachment S (Form of Monthly Progress Report) (the "Monthly Progress Report"). These progress reports shall notify Company of the current status of each Construction Milestone. Seller shall include in such report a list of all letters, notices, applications, filings and Governmental Approvals sent to or received from any Governmental Authority and shall provide any such documents as may be reasonably requested by Company. In addition, Seller shall advise Company as soon as reasonably practicable of any problems or issues of which it is aware which may materially impact its ability to meet the Construction Milestones. Seller shall provide Company with any requested documentation to support the achievement of Construction Milestones within ten (10) Business Days of receipt of such request from Company. Upon the occurrence of a Force Majeure, Seller shall also comply with the requirements of Section 21.4 (Satisfaction of Certain Conditions) to the extent such requirements provide for communications to Company beyond those required under this Section 13.7 (Monthly Progress Reports).
Monthly Progress Reports. Consultant shall prepare and submit a Monthly Progress Report by the tenth of each month, unless requested otherwise by the City’s Contract Manager. The Monthly Progress Report shall be a brief written summary of the progress made on each task, estimate the overall task’s percent completion, and include the status of each deliverable. Monthly Progress Reports. Commencing with LNTP, Contractor shall provide a written Monthly Progress Report to Owner no later than ten (10) Days after the end of each Month, and the Monthly Progress Report shall cover activities up through the preceding the Month in which the Monthly Progress Report is issued. Contractor shall provide Owner with the number of copies of such reports and shall arrange for the distribution thereof as Owner may reasonably request. Commencing with LNTP a progress meeting shall be held each Month by Contractor at the Stage 2 Site or at an alternate site mutually agreeable to Owner and Contractor and at a mutually agreeable time, for the purpose of reviewing with Owner the Monthly Progress Report issued during such Month. Contractor shall provide Monthly Progress Reports in a form reasonably acceptable to Owner which will indicate, at a minimum: a. Narrative summary of progress; b. A description, as compared with the Project Schedule and CPM Schedule, of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and testing status including actual percentage complete versus planned percentage complete, document status, significant activities accomplished during the reporting Month, significant activities planned for the current Month and current estimated dates on which First LNG Cargo and Substantial Completion for each Subproject shall be achieved; c. Summary of Milestones planned and actually completed during the covered Month; d. Change Orders pending and approved; e. Description of any problems (including any occurrence of which Contractor is aware that could reasonably be expected to increase the cost of the Project or delay Substantial Completion of such Subproject beyond the Substantial Completion Date) and summary of plans for resolution; f. A description of the status of the Contractor’s Permits, including the dates of Contractor’s applications submitted or to be submitted and the anticipated dates of actions by Governmental Instrumentalities with respect to such Permits; g. A description of reportable environmental, health and safety incidents as well as any unplanned related impacts, events, accidents, reported near misses or issues that occurred during the reporting period; h. A description of all safety and security issues; i. A description of quality assurance activities; j. Monthly Progress Reports. During the Pre-COD Period, the Concessionaire shall, not later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the PMU, a monthly report bringing out in detail the progress made by the Concessionaire and also organise monthly review meetings with respect to its scope of work, including inter-alia the processing facility (including the Power Plant), project facilities and any such information as may be considered essential by the PMU.
