Delinquent Debt Collection. ICE will hold the Service Provider accountable for any overpayment, or any breach of this Agreement that results in a debt owed to the Federal Government. ICE shall apply interest, penalties, and administrative costs to a delinquent debt owed to the Federal Government by the Service Provider pursuant to the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1982, as amended.
