Delinquent invoices (accounts in arrears) are subject to interest of 1.5% per month on any outstanding balance, or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is less, plus all expenses of collection. You will continue to be charged for your licenses during any period of suspension. If, CloudNine initiates termination of this Agreement due to non-payment or other breach of this Agreement, you will be obligated to pay the balance due on your account. In the event legal action is necessary to enforce the payment terms of this Agreement, CloudNine shall be entitled to collect from you or any associated Users any judgment or settlement sums due plus reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs and other expenses incurred by CloudNine for such collection action.
