Common use of Delinquent Property Taxes Clause in Contracts

Delinquent Property Taxes. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, if Contractor is delinquent in the payment of property taxes at the time of invoicing, Contractor hereby assigns any payments to be made for services rendered hereunder to the Travis County Tax Assessor-Collector for the payment of said delinquent taxes.
