Common use of Delinquent Receivable Clause in Contracts

Delinquent Receivable. A Pool Receivable (i) that is not a Defaulted Receivable and (ii) as to which any payment, or part thereof, remains unpaid for 61 days or more from the original due date for such payment. Dilution: The amount of any reduction or cancellation of the Unpaid Balance of a Pool Receivable as described in Section 3.2(a), but excluding any Specified Annual Rebate processed during the applicable Collection Period, if applicable.
