Common use of Delisting Event Clause in Contracts

Delisting Event. A “Delisting Event” occurs if all of the Company’s Shares are delisted from a securities exchange on which the Shares were listed and the Company has not listed or applied to list the Shares on any other securities exchange within 30 days.

Delisting Event. A “Delisting Event” occurs if all of the Company’s Shares Warrants are delisted from a securities exchange on which the Shares Warrants were listed and the Company has not listed or applied to list the Shares Warrants on any other securities exchange within 30 thirty (30) days.

Delisting Event. A “Delisting Event” occurs if all of the Company’s Shares are delisted from a the securities exchange on which the Shares were listed and the Company has not listed or applied to list the Shares on any other securities exchange within 30 daysexchange.
