Common use of Delisting of Common Stock Clause in Contracts

Delisting of Common Stock. The Borrower shall fail to maintain the listing of the Common Stock on at least one of The Nasdaq National Market, Nasdaq Small Cap Market, the New York Stock Exchange, or the American Stock Exchange;

Delisting of Common Stock. The Borrower shall fail to maintain the listing of the Common Stock on at least one of The the Nasdaq National Market, the Nasdaq Small Cap SmallCap Market, the New York Stock Exchange, or the NYSE American Stock Exchange;Exchange (collectively, the “Exchanges”).
