Common use of Delisting of the CPC Clause in Contracts

Delisting of the CPC. If the Issuer fails to complete a Qualifying Transaction, as defined in the applicable Exchange Policy, within 24 months following the date of listing of the Issuer and the Exchange issues an Exchange Bulletin that the Issuer will be delisted, the Issuer must immediately notify the Escrow Agent.
