Common use of Delisting Clause in Contracts

Delisting. Delisting of the Common Stock from the NASDAQ SmallCap Market (unless a listing is obtained on the OTC Bulletin Board within three trading days of such delisting) or delisting from such other principal exchange on which the Common Stock is listed for trading; Borrower's failure to comply with the requirements of the Principal Market for continued listing for a period of three consecutive trading days; or notification from the Principal Market that the Borrower is not in compliance with the conditions for such continued listing.

Delisting. Delisting of the Common Stock from the NASDAQ Nasdaq SmallCap Market (unless a listing is obtained on the OTC Bulletin Board within three trading days of such delisting) or delisting from such other principal exchange on which the Common Stock stock is listed for trading; Borrower's failure to comply with the requirements of the Principal Market for continued listing on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market for a period of three seven (7) consecutive trading days; or notification from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market or any Principal Market that the Borrower is not in compliance with the conditions for such continued listinglisting on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market or other Principal Market.

Delisting. Delisting of the Common Stock from the NASDAQ SmallCap Principal Market (unless a listing is obtained on the OTC Bulletin Board within three trading days of such delisting) or delisting from such other principal exchange on which the Common Stock is listed for tradingtrading unless such delisting is followed within three trading days by a listing on the NASDAQ SmallCap Market or NASD OTC Bulletin Board; Borrower's failure to comply with the requirements of the Principal Market conditions for continued listing for a period of three consecutive trading dayslisting; or notification from the Principal Market that the Borrower is not in compliance with the conditions for such continued listing.
