Common use of Deliverable Documents Clause in Contracts

Deliverable Documents. The Contractor shall, during the performance of this Contract, deliver all documentation and reports specified in Appendix 1, in the format and quantities specified therein. These shall be sent to the Agency’s Technical Officer mentioned in Article 5.1, unless otherwise specified, in accordance with the following specific provisions: 2.3.1 The draft versions of the final documents as defined in section […] of Appendix 1 shall be submitted for approval, in electronic format, to the Agency’s Technical Officer specified herein, not later than […].
