Common use of Deliverable FX Transaction Clause in Contracts

Deliverable FX Transaction. (i) Unless the parties expressly agree in a Confirmation of a Deliverable FX Transaction that this subsection (i) shall be inapplicable to such Deliverable FX Transaction, the obligation of Party A to make a payment in respect of any Deliverable FX Transaction on a Settlement Date is subject to the condition precedent that Party B shall have first satisfied its obligation to make each payment under such Deliverable FX Transaction, subject to any applicable condition precedent and any applicable provisions of Article 5.
