Deliverable Services a. Storage and Delivery (Section 11.0)
Deliverable Services. This section sets forth the services to be provided under this Agreement.
Deliverable Services. Boeing warrants that the Deliverable Services it provides to Customer pursuant to this Contract will comply with the requirements of the Statement of Work and conform to the applicable industry standards of practice for the commercial satellite communications industry for work similar in type, scope, and complexity to the Work at the time such Work is provided. In the event Boeing breaches this warranty, as Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy, Boeing shall correct the Non-Conformances in the provision of such Deliverable Services where it is practical to do so (e.g., Boeing cannot correct deficiencies in, or re-perform, Launch Support Services from and after Launch).
Deliverable Services. Acceptance of Deliverable Services, or any part thereof, shall occur in accordance with this Article 11.4. To the extent feasible, Deliverable Services furnished to Purchaser shall be accompanied by written notice from Contractor specifying that portion of the Deliverable Services being furnished. Acceptance of Deliverable Use or disclosure of the data contained on this sheet is subject to the restriction on the title page. Services, or any part thereof, shall be deemed to occur: (a) in a case where re-performance of the Deliverable Services is not practical (for example, Launch Support Services are performed real-time), upon completion of such Deliverable Services or part thereof; or [***]. Use or disclosure of the data contained on this sheet is subject to the restriction on the title page. Purchaser’s Inspection Agents Purchaser may, upon giving prior written notice to Contractor, cause any consultant(s) or agent(s) designated by Purchaser to observe or conduct the acceptance inspection pursuant to this Article 11 in whole or in part; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 7 and Article 8.4 shall apply to any such consultant or agent and such consultant or agent shall comply with Contractor’s normal and customary safety and security regulations provided to Purchaser in writing in advance of such inspection.
Deliverable Services. Deliverable services include labor required to support the engineering and management activities necessary to achieve the Instrument schedule including, but not limited to, the following:

Deliverable Services. 2.1 In the signing of the agreement, the deliverable services have been agreed in the order, service agreement, offer, or another written format (later “Services”).
Deliverable Services. A. Foothill Family shall provide workshops at the agreed upon rate of $200.00 per hour long workshop which includes a discount due to Covid-19 from our normal price of $375.00 per hour long workshop.

To the extent feasible, Deliverable Services furnished to Purchaser shall be accompanied by written notice from Contractor specifying that portion of the Deliverable Services being furnished. Acceptance of Deliverable Services, or any part thereof, shall be deemed to occur: (a) in a case where re-performance of the Deliverable Services is not practical (for example, Launch Support Services are performed real-time), upon completion of such Deliverable Services or part thereof; or (b) in a case where re-performance of the Deliverable Services is practicable, ten (10) Business Days after completion of such Deliverable Services or part thereof, unless within such time Purchaser provides a written notice to Contractor that the Deliverable Services, or part thereof, do not meet the requirements of Exhibit A, Statement of Work, identifying each non-conformance.
