DELIVERABLES AND REQUIRED REPORTING. The Contractor agrees to execute and complete the stated line items and deliverables in accordance with the Behavioral Telehealth Request for Application Overview application (the “RFA Application”) submitted by the Contractor and approved by The Center and in accordance with the Budget and Budget Justification set forth on Exhibit I. In the event of any conflict between the RFA Application and Exhibit I, Exhibit I shall control. The Contractor must provide Reports as set forth in Exhibit II.
