DELIVERABLES AND TIMING Sample Clauses
The "Deliverables and Timing" clause defines the specific outputs or products that must be provided under the agreement, along with the deadlines or schedule for their completion. It typically outlines what constitutes a deliverable, sets milestones or due dates, and may specify the format or standards required for submission. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of what is expected and when, helping to prevent misunderstandings and manage project timelines effectively.
