Notices, Etc All notices and other communications from the Company to the Holder of this Warrant shall be mailed by first class registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, at such address as may have been furnished to the Company in writing by such Holder or, until any such Holder furnishes to the Company an address, then to, and at the address of, the last Holder of this Warrant who has so furnished an address to the Company.
Offices for Notices and Payments, etc So long as any of the Debentures remain outstanding, the Company will maintain in Hartford, Connecticut, an office or agency where the Debentures may be presented for payment, an office or agency where the Debentures may be presented for registration of transfer and for exchange as in this Indenture provided and an office or agency where notices and demands to or upon the Company in respect of the Debentures or of this Indenture may be served. The Company will give to the Trustee written notice of the location of any such office or agency and of any change of location thereof. Until otherwise designated from time to time by the Company in a notice to the Trustee, or specified as contemplated by Section 2.5, such office or agency for all of the above purposes shall be the office or agency of the Trustee. In case the Company shall fail to maintain any such office or agency in Hartford, Connecticut, or shall fail to give such notice of the location or of any change in the location thereof, presentations and demands may be made and notices may be served at the Principal Office of the Trustee. In addition to any such office or agency, the Company may from time to time designate one or more offices or agencies outside Hartford, Connecticut, where the Debentures may be presented for registration of transfer and for exchange in the manner provided in this Indenture, and the Company may from time to time rescind such designation, as the Company may deem desirable or expedient; provided, however, that no such designation or rescission shall in any manner relieve the Company of its obligation to maintain any such office or agency in Hartford, Connecticut, for the purposes above mentioned. Proxies, Notices, Etc Promptly to deliver or mail to the Fund all forms of proxies and all notices of meetings and any other notices or announcements affecting or relating to securities owned by the Fund that are received by the Custodian, and upon receipt of proper instructions, to execute and deliver or cause its nominee to execute and deliver such proxies or other authorizations as may be required. Neither the Custodian nor its nominee shall vote upon any of such securities or execute any proxy to vote thereon or give any consent or take any other action with respect thereto (except as otherwise herein provided) unless ordered to do so by proper instructions.
Notices and Payments All notices will be sent to your address as shown in the application. You agree to advise us promptly if you change your mailing address. All payments should be mailed to us at the remittance address shown on your monthly statements. Payments received at that address will be credited to your Account as of the date received.
NOTICES AND DOMICILIA a. Each of the Parties chooses domicilium citandi et executandi (“domicilium”) for the purposes of the giving of any notice, the payment of any sum, the serving of any process and for any other purposes arising from this Agreement at their respective addresses set forth in this agreement. b. Each of the Parties shall be entitled from time to time, by written notice to the others to vary its domicilium to any other address which is not a post office of poste restante. c. Any notice given and any payment made by a Party to any of the others (“the addressee”) which i. Is delivered by hand during the normal business hours of the addressee at the addressee’s domicilium for the time being shall be presumed, until the contrary is proved by the addressee, to have been received by the addressee at the time of deliver; ii. Is posted by prepaid registered post to the addressee at the addressee’s domicilium for the time being shall be presumed, until the contrary is proved by the addressee, to have been received by the addressee on the 14th (fourteenth) day after the date of posting. d. Where, in terms of this Agreement any communication is required to be in writing, the term “writing” shall include communications by electronic mail or facsimile. Communications by electronic mail or facsimile shall, unless the contrary is proved by the addressee, be deemed to have been received by the addressee 24 (twenty four) hours after the time of transmission.
