Common use of Deliveries After Closing Clause in Contracts

Deliveries After Closing. From time to time after the Closing, at the Purchaser's request and without expense to the Corporations and without further consideration from the Purchaser or the Corporations, the Sellers shall execute and deliver such other instruments of conveyance and transfer and take such other action as the Purchaser reasonably may require to convey, transfer to and vest in the Purchaser and to put the Purchaser in possession of any rights or property to be sold, conveyed, transferred and delivered hereunder.

Deliveries After Closing.
