Deliveries and Solid Waste Collection. 3.11.1 The private collection of refuse and recyclables on the Lands shall occur between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. 3.11.2 Commercial delivery vehicles on the Lands shall only be permitted between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. 3.11.3 The hours specified under this section shall apply seven (7) days a week.
