Deliveries at Closing by Transferee or Westfield. On or before the Closing, Transferee and, solely with respect to 9.3(e), Westfield, at their respective sole cost and expense, shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Escrow Agent the following, each dated as of the Closing Date, in addition to all other items and payments required by this Agreement to be delivered by Transferee at Closing (and unless otherwise noted, two original copies of each of the following shall be delivered):
