Common use of Deliveries at the Pre-Closing and the Closing Clause in Contracts

Deliveries at the Pre-Closing and the Closing. At the Pre-Closing there shall be delivered to Northfield Bancorp and VSB Bancorp the opinions, certificates, and other documents and instruments required to be delivered at the Closing under Article IX hereof.
