Deliveries by API. API shall promptly furnish to ZERO: (i) a copy of each report, schedule and other document filed by API with the SEC pursuant to the requirements of federal securities Laws promptly after such documents are available; (ii) the monthly consolidated financial statements of the API Companies (as prepared by API in accordance with its normal accounting procedures) promptly after such financial statements are available; and
