Common use of Deliveries by Investor Clause in Contracts

Deliveries by Investor. At the Closing, Investor shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Seller all of the following, and in the case of executed agreements, documents or instruments, in each case executed by a duly authorized representative of Investor on Investor’s behalf: (a) the Purchase Price in immediately available funds to an account specified in writing by Seller no later than two Business Days prior to the Closing Date; (b) the certificate referred to in Section 6.1(c); and (c) executed copies of each of the Ancillary Agreements to which Investor is a party.
