Deliveries by Seller to Company Sites. SELLER agrees to Deliver and the Companies agree to receive IFO Delivered by pipeline to designated site locations on the island of Hawaii. SELLER agrees to Deliver Diesel LSD and/or ULSD, Delivered in SELLER’s nominated tanker truck, into the Companies’ tank at the designated site location, provided however that the size and capability of SELLER’s delivery equipment is satisfactory to the Companies.
