Common use of Deliveries by the Buyer Clause in Contracts

Deliveries by the Buyer. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, at the Closing, the Buyer will deliver or cause to be delivered the following to the Seller: (a) the Purchase Price, in immediately available funds, as set forth in Section 1.1 hereof; (b) the Operating Agreement, the Transition Services Agreement and the Telecom Agreement; and (c) all other documents, instruments and writings required to be delivered by the Buyer at or prior to the Closing Date pursuant to this Agreement.
