Common use of Deliveries by the Investor at Closing Clause in Contracts

Deliveries by the Investor at Closing. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, at the Closing, the Investor shall cause the following to be delivered to the Corporation: (i) the aggregate Purchase Price payable by the Investor for the Shares as set forth in Section 1.1; (ii) counterparts of the Stockholders Agreement, duly executed by the Investor as a shareholder of the Corporation; and (iii) all other agreements, documents, instruments and other writings reasonably required to be delivered to the Corporation by the Investor at or prior to the Closing pursuant to this Agreement.
