Deliveries by ZERO Sample Clauses

Deliveries by ZERO. ZERO shall furnish promptly to API: (i) a copy of each report, schedule and other document filed by ZERO with the SEC pursuant to the requirements of federal securities Laws promptly after such documents are available; (ii) the monthly consolidated financial statements of the ZERO Companies (as prepared by ZERO in accordance with its normal accounting procedures) promptly after such financial statements are available; (iii) a summary of any action taken by the Board of Directors, or any committee thereof, of ZERO; and (iv) all other information concerning the business and properties of any of the ZERO Companies as API may reasonably request.
