Deliveries of the Shareholder. (a) Concurrently herewith the Shareholder is delivering to the Parent this Agreement executed by the Shareholder.
Deliveries of the Shareholder. (a) Concurrently herewith the Shareholder shall deliver to the Parent this Agreement which shall constitute a duly executed share transfer power for transfer by the Shareholder of its Company Shares to the Parent (which Agreement shall constitute a limited power of attorney in the Parent or any officer thereof to effectuate any Share transfers as may be required under applicable law, including, without limitation, recording such transfer in the share registry maintained by the Company for such purpose) executed by the Shareholder.
Deliveries of the Shareholder. (a) Concurrently herewith the Shareholder are delivering to UCP and Kapital this Agreement executed by the Shareholder.
Deliveries of the Shareholder. (i) The Shareholder shall deliver and transfer to Bristol the Restricted Stock, with a duly executed stock assignment separate from certificate;
Deliveries of the Shareholder. (a) Concurrently herewith the Shareholder is delivering to YzApp and New Resources this Agreement executed by the Shareholder.
Deliveries of the Shareholder. At or prior to the Closing, the Shareholder shall deliver to OREX the following:

At the Closing, the Shareholder shall deliver to the Buyer: (A) assignments and other instruments of conveyance, reasonably acceptable to the Buyer, that are sufficient to transfer to the Buyer the Shareholder Assigned Contracts in accordance with this Agreement; and (B) any and all other agreements, certificates, instruments and documents as may be required of the Shareholder under this Agreement. (c)
Deliveries of the Shareholder. At the Closing, the Shareholder shall deliver to STAR (a) a stock certificate representing the Shares, duly endorsed for transfer and with appropriate stock powers, and (b) all of the agreements, documents and instruments required to be delivered by the Company and the Shareholder under Section 7.3.
Deliveries of the Shareholder. At the Closing, the Shareholder shall deliver the following items to the Buyer Group:
