Common use of Deliveries to the Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Deliveries to the Purchaser. The Purchaser agrees and acknowledges that all documents or other items delivered in writing (including by electronic mail) to the Purchaser or its representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or uploaded and made available in the online “data room” established by Intralinks for “Project Cover” on or before the date that is one (1) Business Day prior to the date hereof shall be deemed to have been delivered, provided or made available to the Purchaser or its representatives for all purposes hereunder.

Deliveries to the Purchaser. The Purchaser agrees and acknowledges that all documents or other items delivered in writing (including by electronic mail) to the Purchaser or its representatives in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or uploaded and made available in the online “data room” established by Intralinks for “Project Cover” Data Room on or before the date that is one three (13) Business Day Days prior to the date hereof shall be deemed to have been delivered, provided or made available to the Purchaser or its representatives for all purposes hereunder.
